Delightful apartment with terrace, located on the second floor served by elevator in a building in the well-serviced "Carmine" area.



The accommodation, recently renovated, opens onto a large and bright living area furnished with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the small balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. Finally, a bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout.



Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning throughout the accommodation, free wi-fi and heating for the winter season.
