About this space
Located only a few minutes away from the Old town and Arthur's seat, my cosy, stylish with a hint of vintage style property can accommodate 2 guests. Perfect for a romantic getaway, solo traveller, or friends, its central location gives you access to Edinburgh's most famous attractions in only a few minutes by foot.
The space
My property is a Historic building - used to be a printing press where money was printed.
Inside you will find a vintage style living and dining area filled with a TV, Bookshelf and dining area that sits 4 people. and an L-shaped sofa perfect for a movie night after a busy day!
The dining area also provides ideal space for meals and laptop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities with plenty of space for cooking meals.
Your night can be concluded in the wonderfully bright bedroom where you can sink into a double size bed which is fitted with hotel quality bed linen. While, a morning shower can be taken in the relaxing bathroom, a hand & bath towel will be provided for each guest
Parking: The parking space for the property is at the rear of the building and is free for guest use. Additional parking on street in front of
the building, and in neighbouring
streets. Bothwell street can be busy
with parking so please be aware we
can't always guarantee a space.
If you can't get parked on Bothwell
Street, there is also free street parking
on Albion Terrace and Albion Road.
The nearest transport links are:
Buses: Bus stops are on Easter Rd, 2 minutes away, and take you to the city centre, Leith and beyond.
Trains: Waverley Train Station is a 25-minute walk, or a 10-minute taxi ride.and location advantages - include examples of distances to tourist attractions. Please be specific regarding how long it would take to walk or travel to that station or attraction.
Property is located on second floor, with lift access. Please note there are 3 steps up to the lift so not suitable for wheelchair access. Also baby/infant friendly as there is a travel cot available at property if need be.

Parking in car park to rear of property for 1 car additional parking on street in front of
the building, and in neighbouring
streets. Bothwell street can be busy
with parking so please be aware we
can't always guarantee a space.

Check in / Check out
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, ÂŁ100 and Please note that a fee of ÂŁ50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* A ÂŁ100 will be applied for late checkout.
* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
