Perfect apartment for our family of 5

This was our last stop on our vacation and we were so pleased with the whole place. The beds were warm, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the living room was perfect to relax in. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this place more. It is right across from the bus stop that goes straight Venice and there is a grocery store in the same building. The bus ride to Venice is about 20 min. Venice was very crowded so it was so peaceful to come back to a quiet neighborhood.

Très bon rapport avec la propriétaire et très rapide aussi plein de bon conseil l’appartement est spacieux, agréable décoré avec goût, on se sent comme à la maison et pas dans un appartement témoin décoré IKEA. Juste un défaut les voisins du dessus sont bruyants quand ils partent le matin à 8 h il faut prévoir des bouchons d’oreille si on veut dormir plus tard.

Appartement très agréable et confortable, spacieux, propre. Literie impeccable, cuisine bien équipée.Emplacement idéal : l'arrêt de bus menant à Venise en 20 minutes est situé au pied de l'immeuble.Côté commerces, un petit supermarché juste au pied de l'immeuble, une excellente gelateria, deux pizzeria, une boulangerie... Et à 5' à pied, un petit centre ville avec d'autres restaurants, un primeur, une épicerie avec spécialités locales, un petit marché...Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Casa Carlotta, qui nous a permis sans aucun problème de découvrir Venise, tout en appréciant le confort de l'appartement et ce petit quartier calme et pratique.
