Die Lage vor den Toren Venedigs ist optimal. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinem Siedungsgebiet mit einem Parkplatz vor der Tür. Eine Bushaltestelle sowie Straßenbahnen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der direkten Umgebung zu finden.

Gute Unterkunft mit ausreichender Ausstattung und einem sehr netten Vermieter

Perfekte Location um von dort aus Venedig zu erkunden. Die Bushaltestelle, von der wochentags alle 20 Minuten ein Bus nach Venedig abfährt, ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

we didn't spend much time at the accommodation but it was a nice tidy place with comfortable beds. the host was going to pick me up from the airport which he never did. probably a communication breakdown. apart from that, very happy.

Nous sommes arrivés tard à l'aéroport, nous avons pris un taxi pour se rendre au logement qui est proche de l'aéroport. Le bus est vraiment proche pour se rendre à Venise. Un supermarché est très proche également Nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Ruhiges Plätzchen nahe Venedig

Die nette, geräumige Wohnung befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Gegend fast am Ortsrand. Trotzdem gibt es in der Nähe alles, was man braucht. Venedig ist gut erreichbar - wir waren nur mit dem Auto unterwegs. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus. Luca ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen.

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Vendedig

Die Wohnung war super für eine Familie, mit reichlich Platz. Sie liegt sehr schön ruhig und dennoch nur ein paar Gehminuten zu Restaurants. Dank Buslinie 19 ist man in 20 Minuten in Venedig, ohne die irren Unterkunftspreise dort bezahlen zu müssen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch, aber alles sauber und man schläft gut.

Clean, spacious and convenient

This property was great, I don’t think the photos do the property do it justice. The location is great! Just a few minute walk to the bus stop, bakery, market, church and restaurant. We enjoyed three wonderful meals at Al Capolinea Restaurant, less than ten minute walk from the apartment. The buses ran frequently into Venice and surrounding areas. With the purchase of the bus pass we easily traveled in and out of Venice. Also included in the pass is the boat service through Venice and out to the Islands. If we ever return to the area we’ll definitely book this property again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Luca for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment. Easy access to Venice by bus at corner of the road ( 5 mins walk) to bus stop). 15 mins on bus. Spotless apartment with all mod cons and air conditioning!

Très bien accueilli par le père de Lucas. Spacieux propre avec toutes les commodités fonctionnelles. Deux chambres complètes et confortables. Cuisine bien équipée. À proximité de l'arrêt d'autobus en ligne directe pour Venise. Deux coins de rue de l'épicerie et de petit restaurants. Je vous le recommande.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Luca's lovely apartment, stones throw from a bus stop which was only a 20 minute ride into Venice! Luca also offered us transport from the airport for which we are extremely grateful!

Large and comfortable

Very nice location in a well kept and quiet suburb about 25 minutes via bus 19 to Piazzale Roma in Venice where you pick up the water buses to the Venice sights. Our host Luca was patient and accomodating and provided very useful information.

We went into Venice everyday, using the bus at the end of the road. Great public transport,very cheap. Enjoyed the city, the atmosphere and the food. Had a lovely Christmas.

The apartment is located in Favaro Veneto (Mestre), part of the Venetian mainland.

It is close (100 meters) to stores such as bakery, grocery, newsagent, bar and bus stop to Venice.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
You can jogging along the street or in the nearby pedestrian paths of "Bosco di Mestre".

この宿泊施設の特徴

Regarding the Public Transport there is a bus stop at 100 mt from the house, where to take direct bus to Venice historical centre (island). Bus takes less than 20 min. Buses run every 20 min and a single trip costs 1.5 eur. There are daily cards too. Buses run from early morning (6 am) to late night (1.30 am).

The international Airport of Venice, Marco Polo, is about 8 km from the apartment.
Near cities to visit in one day trip: Verona (1 hour by car), Padua (25 min by car), Treviso (20 km) or Dolomiti Alps (120 km).
