New holiday flat with garden in an elegant residential complex built in 2022 near the shores of Lake Garda, near the town of Sirmione. The flat is located in Desenzano, in the Rivoltella district, a 30-minute walk along the lake from the centre of Desenzano and a 10-minute walk from Colombare di Sirmione.
The flat has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with a 160x200cm bed and one double with a 140x200cm French bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the private back garden and electric shutters. Windowed bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The flat has a washing machine and iron.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and indoor dining area. Living room with electric sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace with views of the pool and private garden. The terrace has another dining area and your children can play in the private garden. The flat has a private garden on both sides, a private garage in the building, air conditioning and Wifi. The residence's swimming pool and sunbathing area are available to guests at no extra cost.
You can go shopping on foot, as the wholesale market is located just behind the complex. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.
