Combination of 2 Fantastic Coastal Cottages n Bude

Summary:
Two spacious 2 bedroom holiday cottages situated next door to each other, in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the beautiful cottages are located close to Bude and have all the amenities needed, and more than enough space for up to 8 guests to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay in a wonderful location on the Cornish coast.

The Space:
A lovely rural retreat, the spacious cottages are the perfect base to make the most of Cornwall. Each cottage offers generous open plan living spaces with a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home, dining tables, sofas and TV's. Both cottages feature vaulted ceilings, adding to the feeling of space, and the large windows (1 cottage has a juliette balcony) provide stunning sea views and bathe the rooms in natural light. There are 4 bedrooms in total, across both cottages (1 double, 1 twin in each). Each bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. Each cottage has a large family bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. 1 of the cottages also has an additional en-suite shower room. There is free Wifi throughout the cottages. Guests can also access the communal gardens on site.

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests).

The Neighborhood:
A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 mins up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.

Getting Around:
Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.

This property accepts dogs, but please inform us before booking if you intend to bring your dog(s).

Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that each kitchen is kitted for 4 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
