Our place can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for 1 people.

The flat is fully air conditioned. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there are 2 mobile fans. The sliding doors opening to the living room and bedroom balconies are equipped with mosquito nets.

The Ercan Airport is 30, Larnaca Airport is 55 kilometres far away our place. The apartment is in walking distance airport shuttles' and inter city bus stop. Bus stop name is Devlet Hastahanesi. The bus direction's photo is added in the listing.

*The house is in North Cyprus (Turkey side). Turkey, European or South Cyprus phone sim card and internet does not work in North Cyprus. You can get a North Cyprus sim card at the Ercan Airport or when you pass the border from South Cyprus (Greek side) to North Cyprus (Turkey side).

+There is a bus stop in walking distance our apartment which name is Devlet Hastahanesi. The Ercan airports' shuttle which name is KIBHAS pass this bus stop.

This aveneus name is Lefkoşa-Güzelyurt Ana Yolu and another aveneu Gönyeli Bulvarı which are in 5-6 minutes walking distance. All amenities (groceries, restaurants, cafes, exchange office, banks, bus stop etc) on these aveneus.

6)ELECTRICITY: Unfortunately, the price of electricity in Northern Cyprus is very high. For this reason, we, like other hosts in Northern Cyprus, had to impose limits on electricity consumption.

OVER CONSUMPTION IS PAID BY THE GUEST (1 KWS = 0.20 £). Payments are sent weekly to the host through Airbnb.

a)When the air conditioner is not working, daily consumption at home is between 3-4 kWh.
b)An air conditioner works to consume between 1-2 kWh of electricity per hour.
c)Previous guests paid around £50 for over-consumption during their one-month summer (June, July, August) and winter (December, January, February) stays. Most guests did not over-consume during their spring stays.
* For transparency: Electricity meters are checked on the day of guests' arrival and departure. Guests can check their consumption by checking the meter during their stay.

***The swimming pool, Gym, Turkish bath, and sauna are not part of the property from the pictures recorded in the property. They are in the Concorde Tower Hotel, which is 200 meters away from the property. If guests want to benefit from these facilities, they must pay a fee to the hotel management.
