All rooms have air conditions.. Also there are 2 mobile fans , free washing machine and free WiFi in the flat.
There is a 42" HD TV w/ free Hotbird and Turksat satellites channels & HDMI cable in the living room.
In the kitchen; refrigerator with fridge, dishwasher, 4-burners gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, utelsils for cooking and eating.
*Two swimming pools are in 5 mins by driving. Guest have to pay for use them.
The property:
Our flat is on the second floor of a 4-storey apartment where families live. The car park of the apartment is free. The apartment has an elevator.
Our flat has two bedrooms, a very large open living room and kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. Also, our flat has a balcony. Two swimming pools are in 5 mins by driving. Guest have to pay for use them.
The flat is fully air conditioned. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there are 2 mobile fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped, one of the two compartment refrigerators is a deep freezer. In addition, there is a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots and pans for cooking, plates etc.
There are 3 single beds, a folding bed in bedrooms and a very large 2 sofas in the living room.
Provided bed linens, face and bath towels each guest.
Also there is a free washing machine in the flat.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We live 10 minutes away from the apartment. When you arrive I will meet you. If there is a problem in the apartment I will be there to find a solution as soon as possible.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
The most important feature of the location of the apartment is that it is far from traffic noise. It is the apartment at the end of a 150-200 meter long dead end street where there are only 5 apartments.
The public bazaar is in walking distance which name is Merkez Lefkoşa - Pazar Yeri. There are fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, traditional handmade food.
There is a market and a pharmacy at the beginning of the street. In addition, Lemar Küçük Kaymaklı, one of the chain markets of Northern Cyprus, is 5-6 minutes walking distance. Next to the Lemar market, there is EKOR Cafe&Restaurant, one of the famous product and pastry shop chains of Northern Cyprus, a movie theater and Burger City, as well as a stop for city and intercity buses.
GETTING AROUND
The apartment is 22 km away from the Ercan Airport, 65 km away from the Larnaca Airport.
You can come to Nicosia bus terminal from the Ercan airport by KIBHAS company buses, paying a fee of 100 TRY (5€). The bus terminal is very close to our apartment by car, and I can pick you up from the terminal with his private vehicle for free, and drop you off at the terminal again on your departure day.
The inter city minibus (Dolmuş) stop is on front of the flat. There is a bus every 10 minutes. You can easily go to the border gate in 10 minutes by minibus.
You can rent a bicycle from the bicycle rental point (owned by Nicosia Turkish Municipality), which is very close to the apartment (200 metres), and you can travel all over Nicosia.
If you want to cross to Southern Cyprus, you can deliver the bike to the station at the border gate.

2)Free uninterrupted fast WiFi.
3)Free gas for cook the meals.
4)Free private parking on premises.
5)Free water in fountains is free. However, water in Cyprus fountains is not drinkable. Drinking water is purchased from the market by the guest.
6)For stays of one month or longer, free clean sheets are provided every 15 days.
7)ELECTRICITY: Unfortunately, the price of electricity in Northern Cyprus is very high. For this reason, we, like other hosts in Northern Cyprus, had to impose limits on electricity consumption.
*30 KWH free for one week accommodation.
*60 KWH free for two week accommodation.
*90 KWH free for three week accommodation.
*120 KWH free for four week accommodation.
OVER CONSUMPTION IS PAID BY THE GUEST (1 KWS = 0.25 £). Payments are sent weekly to the host through VRBO.
*3 descriptions for guess the guest average consumption:
a)When the air conditioner is not working, daily consumption at home is between 3-4 kWh.
b)An air conditioner works to consume between 1-2 kWh of electricity per hour.
c)Previous guests paid around £50 for over-consumption during their one-month summer (June, July, August) and winter (December, January, February) stays. Most guests did not over-consume during their spring stays.
* For transparency: Electricity meters are checked on the day of guests' arrival and departure. Guests can check their consumption by checking the meter during their stay.
**The swimming pool are not part of the property from the pictures recorded in the property. If guests want to benefit from these facilities, they must pay a fee to the pool management.
