1. The villa opposite (listed on Airbnb)
2. The half-villa next door (Cypriot owner, usually stays alone)

This keeps the pool area calm, quiet and comfortable at all times.

Depending on the season, the garden offers roses, jasmine, herbs and trees such as thyme, lime and escadonia. It is a peaceful green space perfect for relaxing in nature.

The ridge where the villa is located is perfect for morning and evening walks due to its quiet surroundings, natural environment, and stunning views.
