Seasalt sleeps up to eight people (maximum six adults) and is stylishly furnished throughout.

With floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to a beachfront patio garden from the living area and two of the four bedrooms, it boasts panoramic views over the sea.

Pevensey Bay is a quiet seaside village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars, plus Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area is just a mile away - with more eateries, retailers and a huge Asda supermarket.

Eastbourne is just five miles away, so easily accessible by car, with its wider variety of shops, restaurants, attractions and several theatres.

Seasalt is a fabulous choice for extended families looking for a seaside break with all the comforts included.

An open-plan layout to the dining lounge makes the most of the stunning water views and you can slide back the doors to the patio garden to let the sea breeze drift in.

A sofa and chairs provide lounge seating in front of the smart TV (don't forget your Netflix log in), with a CD player on hand for chill out tunes. There is also a dining table to seat up to eight, although weather permitting you'll be enjoying your meals al fresco and lounging out on your beach garden furniture.

The separate, galley-style kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday, with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a small washer dryer.

The master bedroom is breath-taking, with stunning sea views and doors opening out on to the beach garden. Sink into the super-kingsize bed and just soak up the sea views. This room also boasts a fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub bath and walk in shower.

The second, twin bedroom also has sliding doors with water views and beach access, plus another fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a vanity sink.

The third bedroom is a twin at the entry side of the house, and there is a small bunkbed room suitable for children. A separate family bathroom with a double-width shower is just off the entry porch.

A well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

All towels and linen are included, plus WiFi. There is off road parking for two cars. In peak season bookings will be for a week minimum, with shorter stays available out of season or last minute.
