Floor-to-ceiling doors open directly onto your private terrace, offering uninterrupted views of the beach and the English Channel—ideal for morning coffees, peaceful afternoons by the water, and relaxing evenings with the sound of the waves.



Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom includes a modern four-poster King bed and incredible sunrise sea views. A second bedroom with two single beds overlooks the quiet marshlands, giving children their own calm, spacious area. With a full bathroom upstairs and an additional shower room downstairs, the layout is perfectly designed for families.



Just a 10-minute stroll brings you to Pevensey Bay Village, where you’ll find friendly cafés, pubs, and essentials. For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
