Patio doors open onto your private decked terrace and garden, where sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a charcoal BBQ create the perfect setting for relaxed days by the shore.



The top-floor master suite offers the ultimate in comfort and privacy. Enjoy a dedicated dressing area with a Juliette balcony, a luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath, double walk-in shower, and twin Italian vanity units, and a Super King bed positioned to capture sweeping sea views. From your garden, step directly onto Pevensey Bay Beach—perfect for beachcombing, coastal walks, or booking lessons at the nearby water sports centre. We do not allow dogs to go onto the soft furnishings.



Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.



While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.



Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.



For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.

Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean.



There is also a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot.
