Sleeping area: A double bed with quality linens welcomes you for a peaceful night’s sleep after a full day exploring the city.

Open kitchen: Compact yet functional, the kitchenette is equipped with stovetop, microwave, kettle, fridge, and Nespresso machine. Coffee pods, sugar, and tea are provided to start your mornings right.

Bathroom: Modern and practical, with a shower, integrated toilet, hairdryer, and a welcome kit (shower gel, shampoo), ensuring full comfort even on short stays.

High-speed Wi-Fi, washer, ironing equipment, bed linens, and towels are all included.

The studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator), perfect for an easy and independent Paris stay.

You will have full and private access to the entire studio for a 100% autonomous stay.

Studio???Il s'agit d'un lit seulement qui remplit tout l'espace,30cm de passage lateral.... Une micro table pied cassé donc instable... Deux lampes de chevet inutilisables, une pas de prise, l'autre il faut mettre le fil en travers à moitié en suspension.... lampe exterieure cassée, patio encombré de residus de travaux,machine à laver etc... Pourquoi tricher sur le parc Monceau? C'est un quartier très agréable mais qui n'a rien à voir avec la parc... Dommage

Commerces disponible, quartier très sympathique et vivant et calme (les voisins sont un peu bruyant parfois) Par ailleurs la somme de réparations a effectuer durant mon séjour alors que j'avais précisé avant la réservation que j'allais me faire opérer et travaille a domicile donc besoin que tout fonctionne facilement. Très déçue par la prestation en général. Jolies lampes sur les chevets mais aucune prise au mur dans la pièce hormis celles utilisées pour internet et la TV. Fuite sous l'évier qui date compte tenu de l'état du bois en dessous, machine a laver en panne, remplacée par une autre machine usagée qui ne fonctionne pas non plus. Odeur d'eaux usées dans la salle de bains, pomme de douche bouchée donc peu de pression et robinet de la cuisine endommagé. Tous les éléments ont été réparés durant le séjour mais avec une intervention chirurgicale et un bras en écharpe, ça a rendu mon séjour extrêmement pénible (devoir aller a la laverie) accueillir les réparateurs...

Nice location and fun area

We stayed 10 days. The room was fine for 2 people. Just my daughter and i. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries in the area. Subway was on 3 min walk.2 grocerys within 5 and 10 min walk. Very young and hip area( Batingnolle) neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere in the city from here. You can walk to Monmarte if you like. This place will be great anytime except summer as the is no A/C. We survived but would book else where if we came again during summer. This would be an ideas place for the oner 8 months of the year. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Had a kitchen with cooking stuff if you wanted to do a simple meal. Had washing maching and drying rack for wet clothes. Thank you for sharing your place.

Emplacement parfait à paris

A quelques métres de la place de Clichy, appartement fonctionnel qui permet de se promener à pied et qui est entouré de tous les services ( alimentation, bars, commerces...) et salles de spectacle. Je recommande vivement cette location.
