Studio apartment Lumia is situated in the heart of The Old Town, surrounded by City Walls, cobblestone streets and the Stradun promenade making it an ideal place for discovering Dubrovnik. Guest will have unlimited access to WiFi.

This lovely studio apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning, dining area and well equipped kitchenette. Private bathroom comes with shower.

The studio apartment is located 750 meters from the Banje beach with many more of them in surrounding area, and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Gorgeous studio in the heart of the old townLoved everything about this fab little studio, Clean, well equipped, great bathroom and very comfortable bed, Coffee, tea etc provided, Right in the centre of the old town with restaurants literally on the doorstep and a supermarket round the corner, The host, Petra, was very friendly and welcoming, Sent us directions via WhatsApp and also gave us recommendations for restaurants, Dubrovnik itself is gorgeous but very expensive so take plenty of money!!
