Villa Macmillian is a luxurious boutique villa that perfectly captures the essence of modern Ibiza, offering a unique and relaxing bohemian-chic retreat. Completely renovated in 2019, Villa Macmillian features three elegantly designed bedrooms and three bathrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. Air conditioning runs throughout the home, ensuring a comfortable stay, while several private terraces provide serene outdoor spaces to enjoy the stunning distant sea views. The villa's outdoor area is completely fenced, offering a heated pool with a children's plunge area and a covered BBQ patio for al fresco dining, complete with plush seating. With parking available for 3-4 cars, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends.



The nearby Cala Vadella beach is renowned as one of Ibiza’s most charming and family-friendly spots, providing a vibrant atmosphere year-round. The villa is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the beach, with a supermarket and the popular restaurant Can Pa nearby. San Josep, the nearest town, is a 15-minute drive away, offering larger supermarkets and additional shops for convenience.



Villa Macmillian accommodates guests in three beautifully appointed rooms:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either two singles or one double bed, along with blackout curtains, air conditioning/heating, and a separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor) also features the option of two singles or one double bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning/heating, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. This room opens to a terrace with stunning sea views.

The Master Suite (First Floor) includes a king-size bed, ample storage, air conditioning/heating, and a private bathroom with a shower, bath, sink, and separate toilet. A spacious terrace with sea views completes this suite, which also has room for a baby cot if needed.

The villa’s amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and baby equipment for families. The property is equipped with an alarm system and CCTV for added security, as well as a safe for valuables.



The villa offers pool heating from April to June, depending on the weather, and from mid-September to the beginning of November, all included at no extra cost. Pool heating can also be provided during the winter months upon request. However, during the summer season, pool heating is not available.



Additional services can be arranged for an extra cost:

Extra cleaning is available at a rate of €40 per hour, which must be requested at the time of booking.

A change of linen can be arranged at a rate of €350 per changeover.

Please note that a damage deposit of €3,000 is required and will be charged 7 days before arrival. This deposit will be collected via credit card and is refundable within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
