It is not a cozy apartment but a room in an old hotel that has a stove and fridge in it. Unable to open the street level window as it is located in front of a bus stop with high foot and car traffic. No safety bars on window. Room entry door located immediately at street entrance. Not recommended for female travellers. Misrepresented ad.

The flat is extremely small, you can hardly move around, it's basically a single room with a very small area for cooking and the bathroom, The location is great, there's a bus stop right in front of the flat and you can walk to the metro in less than 4 minutes, I wasn't happy with the unpleasant odor in the flat and it could have been cleaner, I think this is a good option if you want to save some money and you spend most of your time outside, It's not ideal if you need to work, the table is tiny and the chair is very uncomfortable, In general, it depends on the purpose of your trip, I recommend it for sightseeing but not for business trips,

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Doppelbett war unglaublich bequem und die Aufteilung des Wohn-/Schlafzimmers gemütlich. Besonders praktisch fand ich auch den Herd und die grundlegenden Kochutensilien. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub!

Ich habe kürzlich in dieser neuen Wohnung im 15. Arrondissement übernachtet und war angenehm überrascht, wie günstig die Lage war. Die Metrostation Balard ist nur eine Minute entfernt, sodass man Paris super einfach erkunden kann. Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich brauchte, einschließlich einer schönen Küche und eines bequemen Bettes.

Diese Wohnung ist ein echter Glücksgriff! Die Einrichtung ist modern und sauber, und besonders die Verdunkelungsvorhänge haben mir gefallen, die das Schlafen deutlich erleichtert haben. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was ich brauchte, und ich habe es genossen, meinen Morgenkaffee mit dem Wasserkocher zuzubereiten. Außerdem war immer ausreichend heißes Wasser verfügbar!

Sehr laut, die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und das Bett war absolut unmöglich zum Schlafen Ich bin mir sicher, dass dies der Eingang zum Erdgeschoss ist, dass das Haus nicht betreten wird und dass sich alles auf dem Plakat befindet, und dass es mit einem großen Problem in der unmöglichen Umgebung des Schlafens und Betretens einer Woche für Männer beleuchtet wird a ne surtout pas conseiller

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Heizung hat mir gut gefallen, besonders da ich in den kühleren Monaten dort war. Das Badezimmer war mit allen notwendigen Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet, und der Föhn war sehr praktisch. Eine gute Wahl für Reisende!

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für Langzeitaufenthalte. Ich habe den großzügigen Stauraum im Kleiderschrank und die vielen bereitgestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche sehr geschätzt. Der DSL-Internetzugang war schnell, was das Arbeiten von unterwegs erleichterte. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für alle, die sich für eine Weile in Paris niederlassen möchten.

Diese Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu erkunden. Dank mehrerer Buslinien in der Nähe und der guten Erreichbarkeit von Taxis war das Fortbewegen ein Kinderspiel. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und ich habe es sehr geschätzt, dass mir während meines Aufenthalts ein Kühlschrank und Kochutensilien zur Verfügung standen.

Der Spielplatz im Freien war eine tolle Ergänzung für Familien, und ich habe die verbesserten Reinigungsmaßnahmen sehr geschätzt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und ich fand es super, eine Küche zum Kochen zu haben.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, da öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig genug für meine Bedürfnisse, und der Kühlschrank und der Herd waren ein tolles Extra. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung meine Erwartungen problemlos erfüllt.
