Villa Hedera XIX is a luxurious retreat nestled in the serene surroundings of Župa Dubrovačka, offering a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and style. This stunning villa, ideal for families or groups, features a private swimming pool, a beautifully landscaped garden, and modern amenities designed to ensure a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

The villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, one bedroom (queen size bed), a work space, and a stylish bathroom. The open-plan living space opens to a sun-soaked terrace, providing direct access to the garden.

The first floor consists of two elegantly decorated bedrooms (both feature a queen size bed) and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers access to a balcony with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

Additionally, there is a separate studio apartment with queen size bed for two guests, complete with its own bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort.

Villa also offers a delightful outdoor area that is perfect for enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. The highlight is a separate summer kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials for outdoor dining. The summer kitchen includes a barbecue, sink, and dining space, making it ideal for preparing meals and enjoying them in the open air. It also features a private toilet for added convenience, ensuring that you don’t need to return to the main house during outdoor gatherings.

Adjacent to the summer kitchen is the villa's private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a beautifully landscaped garden. The pool area is a serene spot to relax, swim, and soak up the sun.

Župa Dubrovačka is located approximately a 15 minute drive from Dubrovnik. The area is perfect for swimming, with several beaches to choose from. After a day of swimming, you can enjoy delicious seafood at one of the nearby restaurants. A grocery shop, shopping center (Sub City Dubrovnik), bus stop with a line to Dubrovnik, ATM, bars, and restaurants are all within a short walking distance from the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
