The 3A's Family Luxury Villa in Rethymno Town is a magnificent retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. With a spacious area of 330 m², this fully-equipped villa accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect destination for family vacations or a serene getaway with friends. Surrounded by stunning views of the waterfront and mountains, it combines modern luxury with the natural beauty of Crete’s rural landscape, located just 4 km from the vibrant heart of Rethymno city. Its family-friendly ambiance and elegant design offer an unforgettable stay in a peaceful, picturesque environment.



As you step into the villa, the ground floor opens to a bright, airy living space with an open-plan design. The living room, seamlessly connected to the dining area, provides ample space for relaxation and gathering. Adjacent to it is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A dedicated working space (office) allows for privacy and focus, ideal for guests needing to balance leisure with work. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC on this level.



An elegant internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, offering privacy and luxury. The other two bedrooms each feature two single beds, perfect for children or friends. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower and WC. All bedrooms have their own private balconies, providing tranquil views of the surrounding landscape and are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort in every season.



The villa’s exterior is just as impressive. At pool level, there are additional accommodations, including a studio with two single beds and a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, both featuring a kitchenette for added convenience. The large swimming pool, along with a separate children's pool (both natural chlorinated with salt) , invites guests to cool off on warm days, while the surrounding terrace offers ample space to lounge and soak up the sun. For those seeking an active holiday, the villa also offers a well-equipped gym and a sauna, ensuring a balance of leisure and fitness. Children can enjoy various games in the garden area, while the adults can gather for an evening barbecue, making use of the garden’s outdoor furniture and facilities. The swimming pool can be heated on request, for months April, May and October.The extra charge for the heating is 100€ per day. For the months of November and December, pool heating is included in the rental rate.
