A beautifully refurbished holiday home situated within striking distance of Newmarketâs town and racecourses. 16 Waterloo Close caters for up to 4 guests with accommodation finished to a high standard. The property contains an open plan sitting/kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside is a private garden and parking is allocated to the side of the property.
16 Waterloo Close is a spacious and fully refurbished property which has been done with a keen attention to detail. The property provides guests with open plan and modern accommodation which caters for up to four guests and is well situated on the outskirts of Newmarket to easily provide access to the townâs amenities and the world-famous race courses.
On the ground floor from the front, you enter into a panelled entrance hall with a door leading through to the open plan main living space. The newly fitted kitchen has a range of base and wall unit storage, well stocked with ample cookware, complete with worktops over. An inset sink with mixer tap and half drainer looks over the front garden. the space is equipped with a range of appliances to include an electric oven, gas hob with extractor above, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and American style fridge/freezer.
