Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Toilet: WC in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Additional information: The studio is located on the ground floor facing the street, with shutters to ensure your privacy. As is often the case in downtown areas, foot traffic on the street and in the building may cause some noise during the day and in the early evening.
