On the Left Bank, an apartment located on the legendary Rue de Grenelle. Situated between Le Bon Marché and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Completely renovated by an architect, it’s comfortable—making your stay in Paris all the more enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood.
It takes just 2 minutes to walk from the building’s entrance to the Sèvres-Babylone metro station.
You’re close to everything. Saint-Germain-des-Prés is just down the street, offering all kinds of dining options: from traditional Parisian brasseries (Les Deux Magots, Café Flore, LIPP, etc.) to Cyril Lignac’s bistronomic restaurants and many others (or even gourmet dining at Lutécia).
This 2-kilometer-long Rue de Grenelle leads from the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood to the Champs de Mars. The stroll is lined with elegant 17th- and 18th-century mansions, often serving as the headquarters of embassies and ministries.
Just steps from the apartment are luxury boutiques such as Prada, Céline, Inès de la Fressange, and, of course, Le Bon Marché. It’s perfect for your shopping getaway.

A very comfortable and quiet stay, wish we could’ve stayed longer! The 30-min in-person check-in and check-out windows were a little unreasonable, as travel time in the city is unpredictable, but we managed to check in and out on time and smoothly. Thank you for the nice place in Paris!

Fantastic location. Clean, well-maintained apartment with all the amenities you could need. The air conditioning was a real bonus, especially with temperatures reaching 35C in Paris.Communication with Mina was excellent throughout our stay. We would be delighted to come back again!

I just stayed in the apartment with my mother and daughter - it was perfect for our trip and much more comfortable than sharing a hotel room. The location was great, within easy walking distance to many sites, and the flat was very quiet and well appointed. With the high temperatures, it was wonderful to return to an air-conditioned space with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Mina made check-in very easy and even met us earlier than expected when our flights changed. I will absolutely recommend the apartment to anyone I know traveling to Paris and hope to return.

We loved staying in this cozy flat. We were met by the super helpful and attentive host upon arrival. The flat is in a charming neighborhood filled with chic shops and restaurants, about 2 blocks from Le Bon Marche and within easy walking distance of all of the sights in downtown Paris. The flat was spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms and air conditioning during the heat wave. We highly recommend it and hope to return!

This property was fantastic. It is in a beautiful area that’s very quiet. It is only one flight up so it’s easy to get to. I was able to check in early which made my day that much better. Mina spoke English ans was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was very friendly and greeted us on arrival to show us how things work. Everything was in excellent condition. Supplies were fully available for cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. The bedroom was very quiet and dark for sleep. Air conditioning was available for warmer times. We would definitely come back

Great place in the heart of Paris. The location was great to get mostly anywhere on foot and super close to many subway lines to get to further away places like Disney. Mina was superb and we really appreciated her hospitality. She was very flexible in accommodating our (very) late check-in due to a delayed fight. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the implementation of a self check-in option.

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. There were three of us (two adults and a toddler) and we were comfortable. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated being provided with dishwasher and launder detergent. Though we could hear people walking up the stairs and closing their doors, it was not often enough to bother us. There was one flight of stairs, but it was no problem for us. We appreciated Mina meeting us and giving us a tour of the space and helping us open the sofa bed. The location was very convenient. We would highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay

We LOVED this apartment. This part of town is beautiful, safe, and quiet but very close to great shopping and restaurants. Mina was great at communicating with us and check in/out was flawless. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay

The apartment was a great place! It was in a quiet neighborhood, had comfortable beds, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Cozy well-designed flat

We so enjoyed staying here. We love Paris and we love quiet; this apartment allowed us to enjoy both of those things. Amazing host who walked us through how everything in apartment worked. Great location.

Wonderful location. Perfect actually. Very clean. Very organized. basic interiors, with functionality being core to the design. The only downside to the flat is that you can hear people walking above you and the people walking in and out of the building. Perhaps part of the charm of sleeping in a building that is so old. Ear plugs solve that. Check-in/check out was easy. Wifi is great.

Very efficient, well thought out apartment with lots of electrical outlets and air ventilation. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower has lots of hot water and by Paris standards it is spacious. Except for hearing footsteps overhead at the odd occasion, it is very quiet and away from traffic noise.

Great apartment.

It was a great stay. Appartement had everything we needed and accommodated my adult daughter and I perfectly. Very close to public transportation and restaurants. Extremely secure and on quieter one way road.
