This is a perfect location just 1 Km from Skiathos Port and 4 Km to Xanemos beach. Villa Elpis has a 90 square meters indoor living space and an outdoor living space with a 25 square meters private pool which makes a wonderful bridge between the home and the natural world.

This villa was perfect ! Stunning location (Parking on site )Airy inside , so clean upon arrival , superb pool , lovely outdoor areas The whole process from booking to arrival was flawless Fred our host was an exceptional host his communication was excellent He met us at the airport Followed us to pick up our hire carThen we followed Fred to our villa He showed us around inside & out He sent recommendations of best beaches & restaurants to visit Fred was very responsive with his what’s app communication The beds in Villa we found to be very comfortable Our son had the downstairs bedroom we had the other one Bathrooms very clean Everything one would need was there Lovely outdoor kitchen / BBQ area Lovely comfy outdoor seating areas Stunning views ! We would give the villa a 10/10As a host we would also give Fred a 10/10Jerry , Julie & Tom From the UK
