Via the villa's fine entrance you enter a large hall, which is the hub of the villa, from where you reach the living room with dining room furniture, large lovely corner sofa and TV, open kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. From the hall, a staircase leads down to the basement level with a large living room with fireplace, sofa group and bar, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower and sauna with space for 6 people. From the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, patio doors lead out onto the large patio area with hot tub, summer furniture and barbecue, as well as a glazed conservatory with sofa and dining area and TV. Lovely places for pleasant fellowship and good conversation over a good piece of food and something good in the glass. The villa has a fiber connection. Excellent location in Tanumshede means you are close to the town's shopping centres, shops, restaurants, gyms and all other services. In addition, you are strategically placed to take advantage of all the possibilities of the entire northern Bohuslän with everything from salty baths, fishing villages, boathouse environments to inland lakes, forests and wildlife. Tanumshede has a unique world-famous world heritage area where you will find thousands of rock carvings as well as a Bronze Age farm where you can experience everyday life as it could have been during the Bronze Age. At the Vitlycke museum there is an archeology school for children, exciting night walks and much more. If you want to learn more about Bohuslän, there is a website called "expedition Bohuslän" which you can visit if you want to start planning the trip already from home. With the proximity to the E6, it will also be easy to discover other towns and areas in Norra Bohuslän or why not a day trip into neighboring Norway. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where, in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops, restaurants, you can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside.
