Our modern and spacious 2-bedroom apartment is designed to blend comfort with a touch of magic, making it an ideal choice for couples, families, business travelers, and small groups. Whether you're here to explore the famous Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio, visit nearby attractions, or work in the area, this apartment offers a relaxing retreat.

Rooms and Spaces:

Bedrooms: The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The master bedroom features a super king bed (which can also be arranged as two singles), and the second bedroom has a cozy double bed.

Living Area: The spacious living room comes equipped with a 50-inch smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or work.

Kitchen: Equipped with modern Bosch appliances—including an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher—the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Gusto Coffee Machine, while the Brita Water Filter provides pure, fresh water, helping you save hundreds of plastic bottles and reduce your carbon footprint.

Bathroom: Enjoy a main bathroom with a bath and rain shower, plus an additional separate toilet for extra convenience.

Parking: Free parking for one vehicle is included.
With easy access to Bushey Station (just a 5-minute walk), Central London is only 19 minutes away by train. You’re also close to Watford’s top attractions, such as Cassiobury Park and the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living area with entertainment options, and a bathroom with both a bath and a rain shower.

You will also have access to the in-unit laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. For parking, one complimentary spot is available, and check-in is completely hassle-free with secure self check-in after 3 PM using a key lock and access code.

We want to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible! While we offer self check-in for your convenience, we're always available to assist you throughout your stay. If you need help or have any questions, feel free to contact us via messaging through the platform. We aim to respond promptly and ensure all your needs are taken care of.

Please note that a £150 security deposit will be taken prior to check-in. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided no damage is found.

Additionally, free parking is available for one vehicle. If you require additional parking, there are nearby paid parking options at Bushey Car Park. Cars are left at the guest's own risk. Also the spaces available are on a first come first served basis.

Check-in is after 3 PM, and we offer self-check-in for your convenience.
