Communication was good, not intrusive. Massimo was there to greet us at the door lead us up and up and showed us flat details. Bread, jam, butter and coffee was waiting. Not a luxury experience but everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. The real star is Highgate itself, 5 stars for location. 30 mins on nearby tube station to London cental. I would stay here again.

Stay in London

Tha flat was very clean and charming. The owner Mauricio was very friendly. Everything was clear in his explanations. Also very well located (10 minutes walk from Archway metro) and 15 minutes from Saint PAncras metro by MEtro. I recommand.

A beautiful little haven.

The flat is close to public transport to take you to the heart of London or just a short walk away you can enjoy a slower pace in the village or the quiet and stillness of one of the nearby parks including Hampstead Heath. The hosts are welcoming and have thought of everything you may need. I will miss my early morning coffees on the balcony.

Worth Every Step

This quiet and quaint apartment was just what we needed. A bus stop at the front door allows for endless opportunities to explore London. Eateries and groceries are a short walk if you want to stay close.

Charming with Great Location

From day of booking the interaction with Massimo was always prompt, informative and friendly. We came to London with friends and mainly to attend Wimbledon. We were in London 10 days. Flat was clean, neat with lots of old English charm set in a beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and the tube. Bus also stopped right across street if we wanted to take it at night from Tube. When we arrived, Massimo had left us eggs, milk, a fresh loaf of bread with preserves and a lovely bottle of wine! Great surprise/addition…there was a washer/dryer)! A side note is…there is no elevator and the flat is is at the top if you have any physical disabilities. Other than that…we could not have been more pleased. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!

Urban Oasis

Great Vibe to be in. Loved the balcony and Waterlow park that was close by to walk in and have coffee every day. Archies is great for breakfast. If you get off at Archway then take the bus up and get off at Waterlow Park/ Lauderdale house. The walk up is tough with luggage as it is uphill. The building is nice and being a walk up (3 flights) wasn't bad. Massimo was very helpful, met me early and responded to questions I had. Only recommendation is to have a housebook that explains exactly how the oven, stove, washer/dryer works and an extention cord to use the hairdryer in the bathroom. Remembe if your visiting from somewhere else to bring appropriate plugs for your devices. I would definetly stay in again and thank you :-)

Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen in der zwar kleinen, aber sehr schön eingerichteten und charmanten Wohnung. Dank an Allessandra und Massimo für die Ess- und Trinkwaren in der Küche, wir waren sehr froh darüber.

Charming 3rd floor flat

This place was so cute with lots of character! Pictures very accurate! Had everything we needed for 3 of us to stay and make a few meals when we were there. Very close to tube and bus stops, but some steep hills in the area- especially from Archway station. Also, a lot of stairs to get to this flat. Good exercise! Great communication from host. We loved staying here!
