The Space:
Experience the best of Brighton at this charming two-bedroom cottage in the heart of Kemptown, ideal for couples or families seeking the perfect getaway. Just moments from the beach, Brighton Pier, and local amenities, this home combines convenience with the tranquility of a quiet, residential street.
Step inside to a spacious entrance hallway leading into a beautifully open-plan living area. With soft tones and a calm color palette, this space feels welcoming and relaxing. The dining area comfortably seats six, creating an ideal spot for meals or drinks with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine, along with cookware, glassware, and utensils. Plus, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking essentials, so you can settle in with ease.
Upstairs, two serene bedrooms offer the perfect retreat. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, and the second bedroom with twin beds, come with fresh white linens, ample storage, and towels for every guest.
The contemporary bathroom, with a double walk-in shower, adds a touch of luxury, providing a space to unwind.
Outside, a private courtyard doubles as a peaceful morning coffee spot or a charming al fresco dining area. Thoughtful touches, including an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, ensure a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
One well behaved dog is allowed to stay at the property, however we ask that no trace of pets is left behind anywhere in the property or on the external areas of the property, or there may be an additional cleaning charge.
The Neighborhood:
The cottage is situated on a quiet residential street and that guests are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
The sea front is a 5 minute walk away where you will also find a selection of cafes and Crazy Golf
You can walk up to the South Downs in 20 minutes
Brighton Marina is a 20 minute walk away with a selection of restaurants, a cinema and ten pin bowling
Brighton Hospital is just a 5 minute walk from the house.
Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the West Pier, the British Airways i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
Near to St James' Street en route to Kemptown, you're close to coffee shops, a supermarket, pharmacy and some great pubs.
