Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 48m2 of interior space. It offers one double bedroom with a wardrobe and a 28’ TV.

In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa that turns into an extra double bed, a 32’ Smart TV, and an extra table with chairs. Both areas offer A/C units, while independent (gas) central heating is ideal during the winter months. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and washer.

Our apartment is located on the 5th floor and features a wonderful balcony overlooking the Flisvos area. There are outdoor sitting/dining furniture and sun shaders

The flat is ideally located in the classy seafront area of Paleo Faliro, 7km away from the center of Athens (or a 12’ drive) and next to the seafront and the cosmopolitan Flisvos Marina (12’ walk). Around the area, you can find many different shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, and pharmacies.

Different means of transport are available such as the bus and the tram. A few stops away by tram or bus heading to Glyfada you can visit different organized beaches, marinas, and promenades with an even wider range of bars, cafes, restaurants, or playgrounds. The area also boasts of many different seaside nightclubs & bar restaurants.

The famous and newly built landmark building “Stavros Niarchos Foundation & Cultural Center (SNFCC)” is also a 19’walk away and is definitely a must-see.

You can admire the newly constructed National Opera House and National Library and walk around the amazing park with numerous sports and cultural activities taking place throughout the day. The Ellinikon Experience Park is also a great park and playground for families with children or for the young at heart!
