This is THE place to stay in Athens. Spectacular views of the Acropolis from every room. There's even a cut out picture window by the sink so you can look at that magnificent view while cooking. The apartment has been renovated and is clean and bright throughout. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, shops, museums. It was a glorious stay in Athens. We would love to return someday soon.

The location and view of the quaint apartment is indeed spectacular. The apartment is super luminious, had all the kitchen essentials (including some spices, oil, vinegar, etc). Host, Mike, met us on time, was very welcoming and responded immediately to any request. I took off a star because the apartment was not well cleaned at check-in (host immediately offered to re-do cleaning) and there was a musty smell (because the weather was nice, we opened all windows and it was not an issue).

Excellent location and views! Taking the key card out each time you left apartment meant that the apartment was hot when we came back, we could not use washer while we were gone and that we could not charge devices when we were gone. There is no dryer just a washer but clothes do dry fairly rapidly when hung outside. Other than the key card issue, all was excellent

A very comfortable stay in an ideal location. The pictures show the amazing view, and the location of the apartment is ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short walk from the Acropolis, the museum, and the hustle and bustle of dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for amazing sea views while staying in a spacious and immaculate home, this place is for you!Having a vehicle is advisable..The village of Marathokampos is lovely and walkable from the house. It will have everything you may need to cook with family and friends including some local wines!! Well worth exploring!This is not a loud & tourist filled location.. This is for relaxation, incredible beaches, idyllic villages and an experience that many tourists miss. And this house is located perfectly between village and sea.. I don’t want to leave!! I’m cannot recommend this lovely home enough..

Pretty much close to everything. The apartment was what you expect in the pictures and for the price you can’t beat that. Best part were the lime scooters all around if my feet were tired.

Location, location, location

This apartment really does have the most amazing acropolis view. You can lie in bed and see it. The small balcony with table and chairs was great for a morning coffee or evening drinks and nibbles, while gazing at the Parthenon and surrounds.

Great location, very clean walking distance from many restaurants and bars. We had a few hiccups trying to change our credit card that got compromised, other than that it was a great experience!

Mind blowing Acropolis View

We booked this Vrbo and they require a deposit and charge you the rest of the amount one week before checking in. Unfortunately our credit card was compromised and they would not let us change the credit card. I called customer service numerous times. Sent emails to the management company and received no response. Finally with the help of customer service the management company that run this Vrbo made me cancel my reservation. I lost the down payment that I paid for the original reservation. No one would help me with the refund.It is a nice property within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and bars. Cute area but the difficulty with booking was annoying.

Fantastic View and Location

The apartment is wonderful! You can see the Parthenon from every window. It has a little porches where you can sip coffee and enjoy the view. The apartment is very clean and the AC works great! Easy walking to all the sights!

The apartment was nice. The bed is horrible. Three days later my back still hurts. Unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish well, so we didn’t know how to use the washing machine. It ended up we had to pay $223 to get our clothes washed in Spain after we got there. We had to ask about the internet code. It would have been nice if someone had met us there to show us. We had to be off our rental boat at nine and they wouldn’t let us store our luggage there. Thank goodness we had friends staying close by that let us put out luggage there to store until check in time We figured out the oven, but it would have been nice if someone had met us there to show us how to operate it.

The description does not lie

The pictures will not even do it justice. The view is spectacular. The location is perfect. There's no elevator and a narrow spiral staircase so be advised of that. Michalis was wonderful to bring my bag up for me, but it was very heavy and not easy to get up there.. Wonderful stay. Very accomodating host.Ihighly recommend it

Great view of Parthenon

We stayed here for three nights (May 25-May 28, 2024) and the overall experience is memorable. The location is excellent so long as the Acropolis is concerned. The view of the Parthenon is stunning and is as advertised – day or night. Most of the Greco-Roman ruins are within walking distance (1.3 to 1.7 km). There are a few restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. However, walk back is through steep roads and steps. Apartment was clean and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear. Wi-Fi was decent but not great. The property management communicated well and on time. Safety and security were not a concern. The apartment is located in a peaceful and quite neighborhood. There is no elevator, and we had a tough time hauling large and heavy suitcases up two flights of spiral stairs. The mattress probably needs replacement! Several blinds in the bedroom don’t close fully and one of them is broken. There were no paper supplies such as paper napkins, Kleenex, extra toilet paper rolls, and paper towels and we received no response from the property management. None of the batteries worked in any of the remotes. You must remember to turn off the water heater after use (as the posted instructions state). Otherwise, the water gets to be scorching hot. Outside of two bath towels and two hand towels, we did not find any other towels, including the ones for kitchen use

Great location and spectacular view!

We enjoyed our stay. Super easy to get to and from using Uber and walking. Need to be able to climb steps and hills. Very clean, a little basic. We were delayed for our arrival, but property manager worked out the details for check in. Overall a perfect location for our stay!

Beautiful View and a really good apartment

Everything was very good except the bed...not comfortable (at all), and all the remotes had dead batteries: Air Conditioning remote, TV Remote! But with the Million Dollar view and close to everything, if that's as bad as it gets...not too bad, I'd say.
