The air conditioning was not producing cold air. We told the check in agent and she said that nothing can be done because it was the weekend. It was extremely hot inside and very uncomfortable. It must have been at least 80-85 F (27-29 C). There were cockroaches. The shower door had shattered glass that looked ready to fall apart at any time. The living room light never stopped flickering on and off. Because it was August, there was no place else to stay. I sent photos and videos to prove my claims, but no one ever got back to me. Is it possible to give this apartment a rating of less than zero? I hope so because the conditions were truly horrible. I have traveled to many countries around and these are worst I have ever had on vacation. I already reported this to Expedia, Vbro, and SHBarcelona and I will pursue a full refund for the suffering my family and I have experienced. Barcelona is a great city, but avoid this apartment at all costs!

Frustrating stay despite the good location

Our stay was disappointing. Communication was odd from the start — we were asked to log in through a separate portal, not Vrbo, and never got clear info.The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator; hauling luggage up the narrow stairs was exhausting. Not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.We had to coordinate with an outside person to get the keys, who demanded 30 “check-in fee” in cash (not disclosed in the listing), with no receipt and no credit card option — this felt shady and uncomfortable.The apartment lacked basics like toilet paper and soap, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Appliances were broken (no working kettle), the toilet seat was damaged, and rain leaked in through poorly sealed windows.The biggest issue was the hot water — only enough for two showers before running cold, which was a major inconvenience for our group of four.On the plus side, the location was half decent, and the price wasn’t bad, but with all the hassle, it didn’t feel worth it. We wouldn’t recommend this property unless you’re prepared for extra fees, poor communication, and a lot of stairs.

We are extremely disappointed. We were given the wrong keys and unable to open the balcony. The room smelled so bad of mould, and this was also an extremely dangerous fire hazard not being able to open the balcony door. -The toilet seat was broken -The kettle did not work -There was not enough coffee mugs for 4 people -There was not enough glasses for 4 people -There was not enough bowls or plates for 4 people -The place smelt mouldy and we couldn’t get out for fresh air without the correct key -The main light in the main area was broken and so we had no light at night in the main area -There was no tea towel to dry dishes I have taken photos of everything and We will be putting up reviews so that other people are not left disappointed and ripped off for their money. It is truly disgusting that this company were able to send someone to collect the cash on time but could not send someone to assist with all of these faults nor reply to my messages as promised on the advertisement ‘contact us if you need us’ Extremely poor.

Voy seguido a BCN y jamás fue tan horrible la estancia

Edificio de 5 pisos por escalera ,más el ático que es 6to piso reformado para alquiler . NO LO ANUNCIAN COMO TAL , . 120 escalones para subir , 120 para bajar . Olor nauseabundo a humedad todo el tiempo : Tabla de inodoro de baño suelta, ducha que larga más agua en el techo que en el suelo , TV SIN patas lo que hace peligroso su uso, Aire acondicionado que no funciona bien, te ofrecen horno y resulta que no hay parrillani bandeja para usarlo , éramos 4 personas y había 2 vasos, enseres de rejunte , la última noche había cucarachas por doquier, debe hacer tiempo que no se fumiga , enchufes rotos , artefactos de iluminación sin iluminación ( comedor ) , control remoto de áires sin pilas , pava eléctrica que no funcionaba , manija de heladera rota . acolchados manchados y con olor . UNA ESTAFA abuen precio y lógicamente el turista cae . Cabe aclarar que todo esto lo reclame a la administradora quien respondió que harían lo posible por solucionarlo pero claramente ello no sucedió ni tampocobuscaron resarcirse delmal momento que pasé en mis 3 noches esta vez .

Logement à éviter

Prévenu au dernier moment que nous devions payer 30 pour récupérer les clefs, le séjour commençait mal. Tout était cassé dans l’appartement: bouilloire, parois de douche, porte frigo, lampe, cuvette de toilette, latte sous le canapé lit. Pas de plaque dans le four. 4 assiettes et deux bols dans les placards, un peu léger comme vaisselle. Aucun rideau occultant dans le salon pour le 2ème lit. Dalleurs le canapé lit n’était pas confortable du tout. Nettoyage sous le canapé pas fait ( il restait une bouteille de coca vide, de la poussière et des cheveux). Il fallait également être sportif car logement au 5eme étage sans ascenseur ( avec 2 enfants et poussette pas l’idéal). Il y avait 107 marches. Dommage Grande terrasse mais pas du tout aménagée

Bel appartement bien placé

Bel emplacement et appartement typique avec vue depuis la terrasse. Grand espace pour 4 parfait. Situé au 5 eme étage sans ascenseur, montée éprouvante !
