Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long-standing tradition. It is a building situated on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on the Castellana, the largest and most comprehensive in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.

It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed.



The apartment:



This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 6 guests is located on the fifth floor of the building.



It is distributed over two floors, the ground floor combines the kitchen areas, fully equipped, and living room with a double sofa bed in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere.



On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and one of the two bedrooms which has a comfortable double bed.



On the second floor of the apartment we can find the second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.



This space opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.



The building presents renovation works in its interior.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. All details about the MitHouse app can be found in our informative video.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
