Ground up remodel just completed! Beautiful 5000+ sq ft kid friendly home overlooking the pacific ocean in exclusive gated Los Suenos community. 5 star experience for a very affordable price! The best view in the country. Unique architecture and breath taking views, you wont believe it! 5 bedroom 4 bath + 1 half baths which includes the recent addition of the main-level master bedroom. Full-size open kitchen which looks out onto the pool and terrace with Big views of the Pacific Ocean. Large yard and deck with private infinity pool and Spa (can be heated) Full size, built in, gas barbeque grill. Full size indoor/outdoor bar.

Enormous master with Jacuzzi tub, private terrace and King size bed and plasma. Big screen TV in living area. Indoor/outdoor stereo, internet. Guarded community with 18 hole golf, hotel and marina 7 minutes away. See birds, monkeys, iguanas, and many other animals in our backyard! This is the vacation dream! Rental rate includes daily maid service and is based on 9 guests. Additional guests above 9 will be charged an additional fee for a maximum of 11 guests. **In an effort to enhance our guest experience, and to ensure pre-approved vendors are coming in and out of our neighborhood and home we work exclusively with Piko from Piko Travel allowing them to book tours, transport, fishing, in home chef, massage etc for our guests. Please reach out to them directly with questions on pricing, availability, etc.

We had an spectacular stay at this stqtely home. We are 3 generations of active and rather exacting people. Our stay could not have been better. The property itself is stunning. Melissa, who came in the morning, made wonderful breakfasts and helped with other household needs. Odon was there early to get the pool cleaned and the gardening in shape. He was also there to fix anything we may have been having trouble with (like sticky doors).The host, Eric, is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the area. The bird watching right at the house gave us a great start on upping our bird sightings each day.You are able to hike right from the house and the beach that is available is empty and lovely--just make sure you go into the water where there is sand and not rocks. Took us a minute to figure that out.At Eric's suggestion we used Pico to arrange for airport pick up and return, off sight adventures, getting golf carts to head off for groceries and gelato (amongst other things) and to arrange for chefs so we didn't need to think about dinners. The people at Pico updated us regularly about different issues that occurred with traffic and other concerns before and during our visit. They were on time and easy to work with and very accommodating,We are avid birdwatchers and each day our minds were blown by the abundance of species we were able to see.If there were more than 5 stars to give to a place to stay we would definitely give them here. All around great place.

This Vrbo was an absolute dream. The home itself is beautiful, with comfortable spaces and a design that frames the most incredible views over the bay and the surrounding countryside. The setting feels very private and peaceful, making it easy to unwind and truly relax.One of the highlights was the wildlife. From the terrace, we watched an amazing variety of birds throughout the day, along with iguanas sunning themselves and monkeys moving through the trees. It felt like staying in the middle of a nature show, but with all the comforts of home.We loved waking up to the bay views each morning and ending the day with a glass of wine surrounded by nothing but the sounds of nature. This place is perfect for anyone looking for beauty, privacy, and a close connection to the local wildlife.Melissa came in the mornings to help clean up and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. The view from the back of the house is exactly like the pictures - absolutely beautiful! The house was also as described. We spent our days seeing the sites and spent our late afternoon/evenings in the pool/hot tub enjoying the beautiful view. Great house!

We absolutely loved your home from the start to the finish. The groundskeeper was excellent. The maid made us breakfast every day. They were very delightful. Breathtaking Views

This was the perfect home and the perfect location. We could go all the places we needed to go with our golf carts: Grocery store, restaurants and bars, shopping, and to the beach & Marina. The house was plenty big for our group of eight. The pool was wonderful and the view spectacular. Our first morning there we were greeted by a family of monkeys. We saw the macaws and iguanas every day. I highly recommend this property for your future vacation.

We had an amazing time relaxing in a very comfortable home away from home…views for days…and easy access to activities, restaurants & shopping. We are The Carvajals. Eric, Jennifer, Rose, Eric Jr. and Tovah originally from Texas. My father was born in Costa Rica and at a young age I was able to become a Costa Rican Citizen. My 3 children have also obtained their citizenship and we spend time back and forth between Texas and Costa Rica. We have owned various vacation rentals through the years in the US but this one in Costa Rica is by far our favorite and we love sharing our little slice of paradise with travelers from around the world. Why they chose this property

Faro Escondido might be the most exclusive beach area in Costa Rica owned primarily by Ticos. The view here is absolutely incredible and the amount of wildlife that we see regularly is mind blowing. The neighborhood is private and very secure which we love being that we are a young family with small children. There is so much to do very close by but the pool and view make it hard to want to leave the house.
