This amazing house is directly on the beach in Jaco, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING CLOSER TO THE WATERS EDGE!! The waves crash into the sea wall in front of the house, at high tide.. South end of the beach, where there is no road that separates all of the other houses/condos from the beach.. It is also the last house on the beach, just next to a beautiful rocky reef with coves for exploring and fishing! HGTV filmed here! Booking your multi-generational family, couples, bachelor/bachelorette, corporate business trip, or honeymoon trip with the owners who own multiple properties in this area, a HUGE plus! With the direct personal attention, no agencies, no extra added commissions, and you are getting the transportation and tours we do ourselves with wonderful people that are our friends! Wake up to a complimentary chef breakfast, thoughtfully prepared each morning with fresh ingredients! It’s our way of adding an extra touch of comfort and indulgence to your stay.

Joya del Pacifico means “Jewel of the Pacific”, in Spanish, and is a perfect reflection of the beauty and wonder of this amazing country. A recent renovation has converted the home into a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom paradise, a Villa of the highest quality, where you and your family can experience peace and tranquility during your stay.

Being the very last house on the south-most end of Jaco Beach, offering the most exclusive and private location available in Jaco, with a view across the bay that is simply stunning. The house is so close to the ocean, that at high tide, the waves crash against the reinforced seawall and sprays the patio with salty sea-foam! You cannot be closer to the ocean, than Joya del Pacifico.

With approximately 5500 square feet of covered space, including patios, dining areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a full indoor gym, Joya del Pacifico is like a small hotel for you and your family or group to stay at. It’s hard to find bathtubs often in rental houses. Not Joya del Pacifico! This villa features a bathtub for the kids, located right across from the kids room.
