IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Construction work is ongoing in the area around this home until approximately December 2025 – there will be scaffolding around the building, and not all the flats will be able to access the terraces or balcony. -Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.

-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.

Your nearest bus stop is Paddington Green Police Station (Stop EW) located a few minutes’ walk from Merchant Square 18/ 332/ N18.
