The host failed to answer any of my messages, one sent several days before the stay, one sent on the first day. The apartment was so basic it didn't even have a bin in the kitchen or living room. The duvet cover was ripped and the duvet didn't even fit in the cover, there was about a metre of loose duvet cover. Shower bottles left for guests were empty. The shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot, the shower head doesn't fit the casing properly and so just falls down all the time The walls need painting, all of them. The ceiling in the bathroom had been partially plastered and not painted and there was paint peeling off the rest of it. To compound matters, the gist message me in the middle of my stay to request and I section the next day, when I suggested an alternative time and day, they never even replied to that! If you literally want a roof over your head in a central location and nothing else, this will be fine. If you expect even the most basic of amenities, forget it.

Voici quelques commentaires:En ce qui concerne la propreté et l’état général des lieux, le studio nous a semblé assez défraîchi et aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi (peinture du plafond écaillée dans la salle de bain, porte de garde-robe qui fermait mal, etc.), ce qui ne donnait malheureusement pas une bonne première impression. De plus, l’espace était plutôt dépouillé et moins chaleureux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, et la décoration murale ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées sur VRBO.La communication a été, selon nous, la plus grande difficulté de notre séjour. À deux reprises, j’ai demandé le code Wi-Fi ainsi que du papier de toilette supplémentaire (nous n’avions que trois rouleaux pour dix jours), plus de cintres (il n’y en avait que cinq pour deux personnes), du savon pour la douche, un linge à vaisselle pour essuyer la vaisselle, ainsi que la clé du coffre de sûreté, qui était absente. Malheureusement, ces messages sont demeurés sans réponse.L’absence de Wi-Fi nous a aussi occasionné des frais supplémentaires d’environ 150 CAD, puisque nous avons dû utiliser nos données mobiles pour organiser nos journées et communiquer.Enfin, les allées et venues constantes sont très bruyantes et dérangeantes. Nous avons également vécu une fausse alarme incendie à minuit lors de notre troisième soirée et la venu de policiers pour calmer une cliente qui criait à tue-tête. Nous demanderons dédommagement à notre hôte dans l'espoir d'une réponse de leur part.
