Apartment is on the small side but is comfortable and has everything needed for a stay. It's quiet. I really liked the neighborhood - it's convenient to bus lines, restaurants, bars/cafes, supermarket, and the center is walkable. Federico was great, very responsive and kind (I had a problem with a different VRBO stay in another country, and support mistakenly called him early in the morning and he was very gracious about it).
