The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. The location of the flat is unbeatable, with the Grau de Gandia beach just 400 metres away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sand. It is perfect to enjoy long walks as all the services such as bars and restaurants where you can enjoy its typical dishes such as the famous fideuá, fresh seafood and delicious paella. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a dinner in front of the sea with spectacular views at sunset. A 15 minute drive will take you to the historic centre of Gandia or to the Albufera Natural Park, where you can enjoy boat trips and observe the diverse fauna and flora of the region. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 from 15th June to 15th September. Outside these hours and dates it is possible to swim but there is no lifeguard service, so if you swim, you do so at your own risk. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
