guest validation too complicate, cold shower

The appartement was fine, but the communication was too complicate. I made a precheckin with informations for my arrival and my friend to share the appartement a week before the journey but heard nit nothing about the key code. They want a guest validation which does not work. There were more than one person involved which does not seems to communicate. I did not get the key information with email as expected. I would therefore not book again this appartement. The shower was only cold and to questions was ansered there should be a switch which does not exist.
