There was mold and the floor was rotting out. The bathroom had mold everywhere. This is a health issue. We didn’t have contact until the morning of our stay and the host had not responded to Messages from 5 days prior.

There is a mold problem where the hallway floors are so rotten, they are about to fall out with black mold. The bathroom has mold everywhere as well that is right by the hallway mold. I cannot believe we paid almost 300 to stay here. It smelled and was not in a good neighborhood. I did not hear from the owner with the door code until hours before checking in. I called VRBO and they said I had to contact the owner myself. I called, left a message, and texted, and we didn’t get a response until days before. Then they demanded pictures of my driver’s license for some reason. I would never have booked this if the listing showed how much black mold was in this unit.

Schlechter Allgemeiner Zustand! Bilder sind Jahre alt. Fenster die nicht zu schließen sind, dadurch Straßenlärm in den Zimmern. Feuermelder hängen von der Decke. Besteck zu wenig. Ofen ohne Griff. Dusche Mix aus Schiebetür und Vorhang. Loser Bodenbelag. Schimmel in der Dusche. Kaputte Schubladen im Gefrierschrank. Schränke die schief stehen und nicht schließen. Geruchsbelästigung vom darunter liegenden Fisch Geschäft, incl. der dort lauernden schreienden Möwen. Unmöglich dort Schlaf zu finden.

Logement très agréable. Salle de bain propre mais avec une odeur d'humidité persistante et désagréable. Manque une cafetière. Un peu bruyant dû à une rue très passante..
