Villa Encantadora is a stunning holiday retreat located in the peaceful residential area of Sonnenland, in the south of Gran Canaria. This luxurious villa is perfect for up to eight guests, offering a private swimming pool, four spacious bedrooms, and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.



The villa is thoughtfully designed across three levels. It features four elegantly furnished bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the fourth is equipped with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and the third with both a shower and bathtub in the main bedroom. Additionally, there is a separate toilet conveniently located on the ground floor.



The outdoor area is a highlight, boasting a large private pool measuring 8 x 3.5 meters with a waterfall jet feature. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. Guests can relax on the terrace, which is complete with a barbecue and a solarium equipped with comfortable loungers, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining.



Inside, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Guests can also take advantage of amenities like air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and private parking. The villa’s location is ideal, just a short drive from the famous beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras, as well as local shops and supermarkets.

The availability of bedrooms is adjusted based on the number of guests in the booking. For four guests, two bedrooms will be opened; for six guests, three bedrooms will be available. Guests wishing to use all four bedrooms with fewer than seven guests will need to book at the rate for the villa’s full capacity. A refundable security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required to cover potential damages. This deposit will be returned after departure, subject to a property inspection. Any existing damages should be reported at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.



Pool heating can be arranged for an additional surcharge. Smoking is prohibited indoors and is only allowed on outdoor terraces or balconies. The villa does not permit parties, events, or disruptive activities, and outdoor music is restricted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests is not allowed unless expressly authorized. One pet is permitted for an additional fee of EUR 100 per stay. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
