The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. The ground floor consists of a large living room with smart tv, a porch terrace with views, a fully-equipped kitchen with interior and exterior dining areas, a toilet, a second living room with sofa andsmart tv, the master bedroom with a full private bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the porch terrace, and two other double bedrooms with twin beds that share a second full bathroom with shower.

The exterior of the villa has a swimming pool with sun lounges, several sun terraces with views, and a covered porch terrace with bbq, kitchen and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is a private covered parking space for one vehicle at the door of the house.



There is high-speed WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. The area is residential and very quiet, but also at a walking distance from the shopping and restaurant areas. It is about 1 km from the Mspalomas Beach and Meloneras Boulevard. Access to the highway is 300 meters away and the airport is 30 minutes away.

Excellent villa

Very spacious villa inside and out. Pool area great for kids and adults. Fantastic views. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance and convenient shop 2 min walk away.

A very nice villa in built up resedential area, although hardly any noise from nearby properties. Villa very large although bedrooms small and not en-suite. Overall very enjoyabe. To owners, please supply proper key ring for keys! Pool cleaned often.

We had an overall terrific time staying at this Villa.For checking in, have everyone’s information (e.g., passport info, birthday, address) ready. The check in was digital and needed to be completed by one person. The property manager was also readily accessible by WhatsApp when we had questions/issues.The Villa location was great. We were about a 10-minute drive from Maspalomas city center, it was accessible by public transit, and there were nearby grocery stores and restaurants.The Villa itself was excellent. We had 4 people and we could have comfortably had 6. The AC was enough to keep the place cool (especially at night). The kitchen was equipped enough to get us through the week. Access to the washer/dryer was very helpful for personal laundry and to freshen up the towels throughout the week. The pool and the view were magnificent.Some small notes, (1) the hot water heater is solar so night showers were a bit tepid and (2) the wifi would occasionally stop working and was not strong enough to reach some of the bedrooms (but that's likely due to the thick walls).I would/will definitely stay here again when I return to Gran Canaria.
