This independent 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, and explore the famous Wine Route in Valle de Guadalupe.
Located in a safe and quiet community, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or travelers looking for a peaceful getaway.

From the moment you walk in, you'll feel the warmth of home.
The living and dining areas offer a cozy atmosphere, with air conditioning for warm days and a selection of board games for fun moments together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils, plus basic seasonings and oil so you can cook without worries.

The master bedroom features a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet.
The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and a bathroom located just outside the room.
All beds are made with soft linens, and in the bathrooms, you'll find towels, toilet paper, biodegradable, paraben-free shower gel, and shampoo.
