This beautiful, two level home is located near Reno's main shopping district, convention center, and Atlantis and Peppermill casinos, with a second rental property located nearby. The home is designed to offer refined enjoyment. The home is fully furnished, has a large living room with fireplace, TV, and internet hookup. The kitchen is a large modern kitchen with new appliances including double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven and separate dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished with large pans, plates and silverware to service groups as large as 16, coffeemaker, toaster and spice rack. The laundry room is also fully furnished with all detergents and cleaning supplies. Upstairs is a master suite including a king-sized pillowtop bed, adjoining bathroom with jetted, tub and a walk-in closet. The master is also equipped with a desk for work and large tv. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms equipped with fine furniture and luxury mattresses for your comfort. This includes a second master bedroom with king sized pillowtop bed and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has an king-sized bed with a bathroom nearby and the fourth bedroom is designed with kids in mind. It has a twin/full bunkbed with luxury bedding and TV for their enjoyment. It also has board games for adults and children of all ages. A queen sized blowup bed are available upon request. The home has central heat and air, all linens and cleaning supplies are provided, and self inflating air beds are available for larger groups. The home has a two car garage with parking for two additional vehicles, and has a shaded back yard with a garden deck equipped with gas barbecue grill and lawn furniture for your enjoyment! Pricing $250 per night, $1800 per week $4200 per month. prices may vary with special events and holidays. We have been in the vacation rental home business in reno for over ten years and have seven fully furnished homes we are working with.

Family gathering in Reno

Property was as advertised. It is an older home, but clean. Good location for what we had planned. Rick was easy to work with. Would stay again if we were to visit Reno again.

Great vacation house

My family of five and my dog had a great Christmas break at this house. This house is very spacious even for six of us and the location was also perfect for the actions that we wanted, skiing, casinos etc. Rick was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Thanksgiving stay

We had 10 in the family staying, in 2015. We were pleased to find plenty of dishes and cutlery for 14 of us one night, very comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. Were surprised by some of the generous amenities, and had a very nice stay. It was near our son's home in Reno, but it was also convenient to many other places...restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. We enjoyed our time and were comfortable staying here.

Lots of Space for Large Group

My niece & nephew and there families stayed here recently. There were 3 adults, and 5 children ranging from 6n months to 14. Three was plenty of space for everyone. Our host was extremely good at communicating. Highly recommend.

Spacious Home, good for big groups

This home would be an ideal place for large groups traveling due to the ample space. If you are bringing dogs, be aware the neighbor directly to the back has two LOUD German Shephards that live outside. They are constantly barking and a nuisance to the property attacking the fence. Also, a GSP to the left side that is extremely loud as well. The home does the job, we stayed there for almost 2 months - the cleaning crew needed to spend more time on small things. I.e. pots/silverware not thoroughly cleaned, home was left with used dish sponges and minimal cleaning supplies available. Rick was always very communicative & hospitable, just a few things we experienced.

Weekend visit/trip

My wife, son, and I went to visit some family in Reno this past weekend. The home owner, Rick, was very communicative throughout the process. Rick asked us to let him know when we were two hours away and then 30 minutes away so that he was ready for us. We arrived late (midnight) Friday night and Rick had asked me to call him when I arrived so that he could walk me through all of the features of the house. He went over everything and told us to let him know if we needed anything throughout our visit. Rick was great. The house was great for us, good size backyard for our dog. The location was great, it was 10 minutes from family, close to a target. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay and Rick was great. We will definitely be using Rick and his house again for sure. Thank you.

Perfect Reno Rental - Extended Stay

Our stay was almost 2 months (Sept-Oct) as we were waiting for our new home construction in the area to complete. Excellent communication and response with Rick and his team. The hot water heater went out on our first day and Rick and team were right on it. This place has amazing hot water now!! The home was perfect for our needs and very clean. My mom has accessible needs and the primary bedroom downstairs with the separate bathroom suited her requirements. (We already had a shower seat and it worked perfectly in that shower.) Brought our pug dog and having the fenced backyard was ideal. Had some nice weather occasional nights and BBQ'd, having the option to eat outdoors was really nice. The house is stocked with everything you need, pots & pans, ample dishes & glassware, big refrigerator w/ice maker, coffee & coffee pot, crock pot, microwave, electric oven & stove, washer & dryer including soap and an abundant amount of linens & towels. The air conditioning and heater work very well on both levels of the home. Beds were very comfy and having 4 bedrooms was great so we could spread out, each bedroom has a TV as well as a big TV in the Livingroom. Should also mention the neighbors are very friendly and engaging. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends that come into Reno. Thanks again Rick and Team for making our stay so great!!

AMAZING RENTAL

COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH OUR STAY IN THIS PROPERTY, IT WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. THE STAFF THAT GREATED US WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, PLENTY SPACE FOR THE FAMILY NOT TO MENTION THE AWESOME BACKYARD TO ENJOY A NICE BBQ. IT WAS OUR FIRT TIME IN RENO BUT IT WONT BE THE LAST I HIGHTLY RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT IN THE RENO NV AREA.

Nice location the house needs repair and a deep cleaning.

The location of the house is nice. It was easy to get to where we needed to be. The house it self is dirty and was in disrepair. The upper master bedroom was okay but the skin on the bedroom door was coming off and the bathroom had three of the six light bulbs burned out. We called the next morning to see about getting light bulbs replaced. They responded and came over that morning, they brought us the light bulbs and that's it we had to replace them ourselves. Also there wasn't much in the way of heat in that bedroom. The shower stall needs to be replaced the current stall is cracked every where and the floor in shower is not solid it gives when you step into it. The rail going down the stairway is not attached to the brackets at the bottom. There are many floor tiles that are cracked and they actually put clear packing tape over some of the cracks to hold it in place. The downstairs master bedroom is fine but the toilet overflowed in the master bath because the flapper was bad. We called and they came over and fixed it. The third bathroom was okay except for the shower. When my helper took a shower it didn't drain so he was standing in water about upper calf high every time he took a shower. The kitchen had exactly one coffee mug the rest of the cups were more like tea cups and they looked like they were picked up at the local swap meet. There was one wine glass and it to looked like it was picked up at the same swap meet. There needed to be more in the way of kitchen supplies the soap container was empty. We had to go down and buy coffee cups and wine glasses for our stay. The dining room was okay with the exception of the broken chairs. Now this brings us the living room it was fine it had leather furniture a fireplace and a nice TV. The leather recliner was unable to recline because it was broken. The house was cold no matter what you did you couldn't raise the temperature in the house because it wouldn't go above 68 degrees. The first morning there was 4" of snow on the grown. The front and back doors need to be replaced. The back yard is fine but we were told that it was secure for my dog it was after we blocked the holes in the fence. The entire perimeter fence needs to be replaced. The entire house needs a real deep cleaning it is not clean by any stretch of the imagination. The showers all had hair in them from previous tenants that had stayed there.

This property has been a big disappointment! It is dirty, furniture are old, broken deck, fence, etc... Our Taiwanese guest liked it because it looked like a house in an American movie from the 80s. Overall not good!

Nice Guy Not So Nice House

I am really only giving two stars because Rick was a very nice guy. Unfortunately upon our arrival as soon as we opened the door we were greeted by an unpleasent odor. Rick gave me a walk through over the phone which was fine. My main gripe is with the cleanliness of the property. It was very obvious it had not been cleaned very well prior to arrival. --The carpets were stained with urine etc. from previous pets (I do realize this is a pet friendly home, but it was obvious the floors hadn't been cleaned in some time especially with the smell upon walking in and deep stains all over the carpet.) --The middle bathroom shower was flooding when we tried to shower in it. --There were previous renters personal items in the beds such as a fandango movie card, a casino chip etc. the sheets were not cleaned. --There was a bandaid on the sheet on the bed in the downstairs master. --The shower head in the downstairs master was leaking. --The faucet in the middle bathroom downstairs was leaking. --There was monopoly money strewn around the living room along with a hot dog package wrapper in the corner by the couch in the living area. --There was a dirty knife under the couch just barely poking out on the side of the couch (I'm glad I found that before one of the 4 toddlers found it) --There were clothes left in the drawer in the room where the bunk beds were. --There was dried urine & feces on the toilet seats. --There was sheets left in the Dryer. --In the upstairs master bedroom the bedding and blow mattresses were just thrown on the floor in the closet. I am unsure as to why I was charged a cleaning fee when it was NOT clean when we arrived. I did mention to Rick that the bathrooms were not clean and he did not even address it. Overall we did not enjoy our stay, we just made the best of it.

Worked great for our family get-together. Close to skiing & gambling. Plenty of other stuff near. Lots of beds. Full kitchen. 2 refrigerators to hold plenty of food & drinks. Good TV. We had fun!

Nice Reno home for small and large groups

I am a volleyball coach and I rented this home for my team/coaches since we were in town for a tournament. The house was very accommodating for us, especially since most of the girls roomed upstairs in the big master suite. The three bedrooms downstairs worked out nicely for myself, my assistant coach, and parent chaperone. The kitchen and dining area was a little small for our large group of 15, but we were able to make it work out just fine. We really enjoyed how close this house was to everywhere we needed to go. Rick, the owner, was very hospitable and met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house. Thank you again for a great stay!!

Perfect house for a softball team in town for tournaments

This house was perfect. Stayed for a softball tournament in Sparks. The house fit a whole team of people and their significant others for dinners and getting together. Quiet street, lots of room and comfortable. Owner was extremely attentive and made sure that everything was handled. Just kept in constant communication and he even came over to fix a small issue with the cable (wasn't really an issue but he made sure to get it fixed immediately). House is situated very close to anything and everything you could possibly need and for softball players, this place is only 25 minutes from Golden Eagle park. Will definitely call again when we come back! Thanks for everything Rick.

Clean, well equipped and resonable

Rick was great and informative. In a recent stay I traveled with 5 adult males. We all had room to spread out, the house had a fully equipped kitchen which is hard to come by. There were dozens of clean towels and sheets. The house was within about 10 minutes of the center of the action. Great place. And is daughter is a tough guy.

Perfect Location - very convenient, quiet and comfortable

We stayed for 10 days and it turned out to be perfect for our stay. It is close to the freeway which get you anywhere in town; and close to great restaurants and shopping. Lots of room for several people to stay and a great backyard. The Owner was great and very helpful!! We will stay here gain next year when we are in town.

Well, 1st of all this location suited us very well as we were working at the convention center for National Elks Convention. There were 5 adults, enough room for all. It was a very nice, clean home. We had enough room for privacy if we wanted it. The fact that we could have our pets with us was great. There is a nice fenced in back yard where the dogs could play and be safe. Many thanks to Rick for the accomadations. Easy to access all the things we wanted and needed to do. I would definetly reccomend this home for anyone needing the space!

3rd time

this was our third time renting from rick house is always nice and clean and nice location for airport close to a lot of things to do. And rick does a great job with phone calls to make sure all is running smooth. and on first vist he will come over and show you every thing about the hosue Rick is a great guy to rent from we will be back next year for our 4th vist Thnaks again Rick
