Villa Sole is a luxurious property near the vibrant city of Pula. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this spacious villa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways.
The villa is only 250 meters from the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. You can take a swim in the large 50m² pool, unwind in the hot tub, or simply relax in the sauna.
It features 6 bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the first floor, offering access to a private balcony with lovely views.
Villa Sole offers seven bathrooms, including six en-suite bathrooms. There is also a separate toilet, equipped with a washing machine.
The outdoor area is perfect for dining and entertaining, with a barbecue and a spacious dining table.
For your convenience, the property includes 5 parking spaces.
The historic city of Pula, home to the famous Roman amphitheater, is just 7,8 km away, while the picturesque town of Medulin is only 2,4 km from the villa. Pula Airport is conveniently located 11,4 km away, ensuring easy access to our Villa Sole.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet. Maximum 3 pets are allowed.
