The penthouse also includes 2 bathrooms, each with a shower or bathtub and a WC (hairdryer provided). The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a large 19 m² balcony offering an unparalleled panoramic view of the entire Moos region, with stunning sights of the Zugspitze, Sonnenspitze, and Schartenkopf mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Upon arrival, you’ll also find a starter kit with dishwasher tablets, dish soap (20 ml), sponges, trash bags, cleaning cloths, and towels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the penthouse, and two garage parking spaces are included for your convenience.

The penthouse is dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome upon request (for a fee).
