- Barbeques are not permitted anywhere in or around the apartment, however you are welcome to bbq on the beach. Please dispose of waste responsibly.

About Mrs Rachel Snaith
The Osborne family spent many holidays at this property when it was the Putsborough Sands Hotel. We always enjoyed family holidays at this beautiful beach and when we had the opportunity to purchase an apartment here (in 1989) we jumped at the chance.

Why Mrs Rachel Snaith chose Putsborough
During the conversion from hotel to the present day apartments we were able to choose a prime position, with all six windows directly overlooking the beach. 21 Clifton Court is situated at the top left corner of the apartment building (see photo taken from the beach), so that we have panoramic views of the whole of Woolacombe Bay. Being on the top floor also means the apartment is quiet and peaceful. It is still very much a family holiday apartment and although we let it out to holiday guests, we use it ourselves and constantly upgrade the equipment and furnishings. Last year we installed a new fridge/freezer and a new microwave. This year we have replaced the heating system, carpets and washing machine. There is no gas supply to Clifton Court, so no fear from carbon monoxide emissions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely well cared for. Our housekeeper keeps it immaculately clean....You will not be disappointed!
What makes this apartment unique
Comfortable, spacious accommodation in an exclusive and uniquely desirable cliff-top setting. Swim in the heated indoor pool which is situated just a few yards away in a separate, locked, building which is for residents of the apartments only. Main pool 10m x 4m and toddler pool 2.5 m sq. In summer enjoy the wonderful stretch of beach 5 minutes walk from the property. During winter the apartment is warm and cosy with new thermostatically controlled heaters in every room, and an electric fire to give a warm glow on chilly evenings. There are many walks which lead directly from the apartment and walking along the beach to Woolacombe is definitely a family favourite. If you are too tired to walk back you can always catch a taxi! We also enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers.........even in winter they are out in the surf and it's fascinating to watch them catching the waves. The apartment is very accessible as our parking space is near the front door. There are just a couple of steps down and along a walkway and you enter the front door at ground level. As the building is set into the hillside you are then high up (3rd floor) when you look out of the apartment windows, and the views are fabulous. The architect designed interior takes advantage of the setting from every aspect. Both bedrooms, sitting room and dining area all have windows which look out towards the panoramic sea views. We also have a laundry room where washing can be done and wet suits rinsed and hung up. Because we use the apartment ourselves we believe we have made it uniquely comfortable......and everything is to hand. Our housekeeper keeps the property immaculately clean and welcoming, so you can relax.
