The Villa offers a panoramic view of the bay of Marigot, the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, the island of the Turtles, the hills of Mont Jean and also magnificent sunsets.



In terms of furniture, the large open air-conditioned living room consists of a comfortable white corner sofa with white and patterned cushions, a glass table and a high definition flat screen television with American satellite, Apple TV and DirecTV, DVD player, Ipod docking station, telephone and WIFI. The air-conditioned indoor dining room offers a large rectangular table for eight people. The lounge and dining room overlook the pool, hills and ocean. The modern air-conditioned and spacious kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar for four people. It offers a view of the ocean.



The Space:

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. The ocean view master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king size bed with white and patterned cushions, a desk with a chair and flat screen TV with Apple TV and American satellite, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer. On the main level, in a separate bungalow next to the pool are two additional bedrooms which are connected to each other. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed with white and patterned cushions, flat screen TV with Apple TV and American satellite, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.



The other room offers twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed, it comes with white and blue cushions. The bedroom has a flat screen television with Apple TV and American satellite and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. They both have access to the terrace and ocean view. The fourth room is on the lower level and offers a king size bed with white, striped white and brown cushions, a flat screen TV with Apple TV and American satellite, DVD player and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. The room also offers access to a small private terrace.



The terrace is spacious and surrounded by sun loungers, seating, bench, small table with chairs, the swimming pool with steps is superb and there is also a beautiful artificial waterfall on the rocks, and you will also find a heated Jacuzzi. Add to this stunning views of the hills and the ocean.
