Normans Place is a Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa set in a peaceful relaxed complex - Ayia Triada Beach Gardens, with its own private swimming pool and patio area.

Set in the select and sort after location, only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach off Ayia Triada and Fishing Harbour. Perfect beach for families with young children, there is a lovely restaurant and bar and if you take a short walk along the beach approx. 5 minutes you will reach Malma Beach, two of the best beaches in the area with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand. The Villa is Close to all amenities, yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquillity. Walking Distance to Kapparis is approximately 10 - 15 minutes were you will find plenty of lovely restaurants to suit all tastes and trendy bars.

The villa is an ideal place for families and is the ultimate choice for those looking for a peaceful holiday somewhere that they can call 'home from home'.

Fully air conditioned with own private swimming, patio area, outside shower and brick built BBQ. Back patio area has table and 6 chairs and sun loungers are also provided. Front patio has a table and 4 chairs.

Inside the villa ~The ground floor is very modern and has all the creature comforts of home. It consists of an open plan lounge with sofas, plasma T.V and satellite, DVD player, Xbox, Nintendo (selection of games available). Dining area with table and 6 chairs, full kitchen, with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer ect. There is also a double bedroom and toilet / shower room.

Upstairs comprises of the main bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 room has a double bed the other room has twin beds. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs, however, this is locked for our own private use.

The villa is approx. 3 miles (8 minutes by car) from the busy centre of Protaras with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Here you will also find the famous and beautiful beaches of Fig Tree Bay. Within 1 mile of the villa you will find the small town of Penera, a lovely small town with a Cypriot feel offering a wide selection of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops & supermarkets. If you want to visit the lively resort of Ayia Napa this is approx. 8 miles (20 mins by car) away and here you will find bars, restaurants and night clubs where you can party the night away! Ayia Napa also has one of the biggest and best water parks on the island and is great fun for the children and the adults!

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the complex, where you can get a bus to take you around the area, into Protaras and Ayia Napa.

All bed linen & towels are supplied. Beach towels can be supplied upon request.

Keys are left for guests. If you would like a meet and greet this can be arranged. We also have friends/neighbours/cleaners in Cyprus that are always available for any problems or questions that you may have during your stay and I am only a phone call away.

We do not accept bookings for all male or female parties or parties of 6 adults. The villa is suitable for families and couples only.
