It was a lovely property. In a lovely location. We had a fantastic holiday. Pool was great. Cleaned twice a week. Wi-Fi was good .Lots of towels. Great communication from the host Patrick & Wendy.. unfortunately the cleaning in the kitchen wasn’t up to standard.But Overall a great villa and would definitely come back again.

We have had a fabulous stay. The villa is a little dated, however you have everything you need. The pool is fabulous, a real sun trap. It's a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and similar to a little supermarket. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Communication was clear beforehand and Wendy was a great friendly local contact who popped around the day we arrived to welcome us. The villa is as represented in the photographs and the pool is large and beautifully warm with a lovely view of the sunset from the adjoining terrace dining table. The sun loungers look nice but are a bit uncomfortable after a while. The location is quiet and a car is required ideally - that said the beach is a two minute walk away and you have a very nice local restaurant Nissaki within about 8 minutes walk. Also a small but well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We also walked up to marina and went to the Pizza restaurant there a couple of nights - about a 25 minute walk but well worth it. Easy to drive into Ayia Napa and just 3 minute drive to the waterpark. The inside of the villa is functional and aligned to the price point - the welcome pack essentials were also nice. Shower in the main bathroom was good. WiFi was good. We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend. Thank you.

Great Villa in a quiet area outside of Aiya Napa

Communication was great and really easy with Wendy. Our stay was perfect, would definitely stay again if we come back to Cyprus!

Great location

Amazing location

Family of six who stayed at this beautiful villa. Location is perfect as just outside Ayia Napa which has its own amazing beach of Ayia Thikla. Transport inexpensive with average cost to Ayia Napia of 20 euros. South facing pool which is an absolute sun trap with enough beds for all.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable villa with a lovely pool area, and in walking distance of beaches, but also a short drive from various other beaches too. A great location and lovely villa to stay in. Patrick was very helpful in the lead up to our stay, and Wendy was also really helpful whilst we were there. A great set up!

Fantastic short break with the family

Great base to explore Ayia Napa and the surrounding beautiful beaches. 2 minutes from a great beach bar and 5mins from shops. The kids loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable and we liked the spacious open plan seating/dining area. Nice covered bbq area. Wendy and Patrick were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Lovely villa

Great space, wonderful pool and sea views, incredible location and very attentive communications with the owner. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely come back to this Villa. Great value.

Lively villa in good location.

A comfortable villa in a good location a few minutes walk to Ayia Thekla beach and a few minutes drive to Ayia Napa. The local contact Wendy is very helpful and friendly. Had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Lovely location and villa. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. Air con timer in one of the bedrooms wasn't working however was rectified within hours by the property manager who was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this villa

Great villa

Lovely villa with all you need. Great area to access local beaches , explore the area. Wendy was very helpful to supportus when we had a medical issue which was a relief First time we had been in september and it was besutiful ! Roll on next year

Villa was lovely, location perfect, just a short stroll to beach with a great bar/restaurant. Looked at booking again for next year whilst still on holiday, but it is fully booked for any of our dates. That says it all really! Communication with Malcom was great (owner) and Wendy The meet and greet lady was very helpful and welcoming. All had a great stay and will definitely go back.

Fabulous and convenient stay!

Wendy was so accommodating and kind. The home was lovely and clean. Beds and bedding fresh, clean and very comfy! The towels smelt lovely!! Couches were very comfortable to sit on. The pool was brilliant and very well kept with pool cleaning done twice in our one week stay. A very convenient area for beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc We had a really lovely stay. Thank you!!

Spacious house with great pool

The property is well maintained and as described. Mandy did the best to answer all our requests. We appreciated the towel service, bottle of wine, pool service ... .The property and its interior is not new any more, which you realize here and there. The hose ban causes the pool area to become a bit dusty over time, depending on the wind.Overall it was a very pleasant stay for the whole family!
