Rastoni Fabienne Shared Pool, Afitos

Fabienne Villa is a stone-built traditional house built on a green hill that rises above the turquoise waters of the sea in an old olive grove. The scenic view of the Toroneos Gulf (Aegean) and the mountains of the second peninsula of Sithonia is a key point of the small settlement of Rastoni.
Our traditional Greek home is traditionally made of stone and wood and is situated in a picturesque location but only 7 minutes from the sea.
The house with its own decoration (the fisherman's house) is 100 sq.m. and consists of a spacious warm living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace that leads out to the private garden. On the ground floor and 2 comfortable bedrooms, a large balcony with sun loungers and a bathroom on the second floor. From the large ground-floor terrace, guests have direct access to the common pool of the complex.
Visitor access is made on the main road just after the Cora Hotel & Spa Afytos, going right on a hill for the complex.
We are welcome all our guests and showing the property, making proposals for restaurants or nearby beaches.
Fresh fish from fishermen, meat, and vegetables, are sold on the market in Kassandra (10 minutes drive), or on the open market every Monday in New Fokaia (2 km). In the evening, we recommend you to walk through the most beautiful traditional village of Afytos, it’s just 5 minutes by car (5 km) and enjoy your meal or drink in one of the dozens of cafes and restaurants in Afytos or Kallithea in 10 minutes by car (10 km).
Rastoni is located on a hill above the sea and due to its location even in the hot summer months, light air does not let visitors suffer from the heat, and in the spring and autumn, the sea moisture escapes. From every balcony, the window of the house opens a magical view of the sea or the hills with olive groves.
On the second floor, there are two balconies where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek landscape.
