Very handy walking access to a local parade of shops including a Co-op mini supermarket, Post office, Chinese takeaway, Fish & Chip Shop, Chemist, Microbrewery, local pubs, and restaurants. Close to the Turner Art Gallery in Margate with free admission. and the newly opened children's DREAMLAND.
Also excellent bus service and Island hopper to local towns, villages & Canterbury City center. An excellent train service, including a High Speed 140 mph train to London from Margate railway station, ideal for a day trip to London sights.

Bedroom (1).King-size bed. Bedroom (2) two single beds Bedroom (3) Children's bedroom with bunk beds, only suitable for children up to 12years of age. Family bathroom with over-bath shower. Separate downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. Please BRING YOUR OWN. SHEETS PILLOW CASES DUVET COVERS AND TOWELS as these are not supplied. This helps to keep the price reasonable & Covid free for you. However, In exceptional circumstances, we could supply linen and towels at £20 for the King size & £15 for each single bed.
We supply pillows & duvets for all beds. Sorry, no pets.
For out-of-season bookings, if central heating is needed we require an additional deposit of £50 per week and refund the cost of fuel not used.
